Prérequis

Basic knowledge in project management

Objectifs

In a VUCA world (VUCA means Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous), companies have to develop agile capabilities in order to grow.
Agile management is client centric, adaptative, product oriented and focused on communication and cooperation.
Organizations continuously adapt and change in the face of new situations, in order to sustain themselves.
Organizations have to evolve and adapt to VUCA world relying on men and women and their ability to learn together.
Behaviors have to change in order to develop innovation, collaboration and anticipation.

Project management is no more sequential but holistic, either in a digital transformation project or in an agile at scale project.
In this module, several aspects of agility management will be developed:
• Agility in project management
• Behavioral Agility
• Agility in organization
Learners will also study key factors of success in an agile transformation.

. Understanding the major economic and technological changes and the need to work differently
• Understanding what is an Agile approach
• Understand the main Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ...)
• Know the tools what we use during an Agile project (Story Map, Vision, Design Sprint ...)
• Understand what is Agility at a large  scale and know the main associated methods (SAFE, LESS, Spotify ...)
• Develop an agile management  face of uncertainty management
• Know how to adapt your behavior to be more agile
• Know the principles of an Agile organisation
